Credits explained

Credits = processing minutes of SOURCE video, not finished-clip seconds. Free 60 min/mo, Starter 150, Pro 300/mo (3,600/year on annual). Calculator labels OpusClip an estimate: it assumes source minutes ≈ finished minutes, which usually UNDERSTATES real cost if your source is much longer than the clip.

Cost per finished video (before retries)

LengthCheapest calculable costBasis
5s finished video (1 attempt, no retries)$0.00Clip processing (per source minute) — ESTIMATE if source ≠ finished length on Pro (annual)
30s finished video (1 attempt, no retries)$0.02Clip processing (per source minute) — ESTIMATE if source ≠ finished length on Pro (annual)
60s finished video (1 attempt, no retries)$0.05Clip processing (per source minute) — ESTIMATE if source ≠ finished length on Pro (annual)

Retries multiply this: with 2 retries (3 attempts total) a 30s video costs roughly 3× the table price. Use the calculator with your real retry count.

Watermark & commercial use

Watermark: Free: animated captions with watermark; watermark-free export is a paid-plan feature in the pricing comparison.

Commercial: Check OpusClip terms for source-content rights — you must have rights to the long video you clip.
